The calendar is the heart of the program. Owners can plan ahead, return spontaneously when dates are open, and rely on clear rules that keep holidays, high-demand weekends, and routine access balanced over time.

Planned stays

The primary way owners use the home: weekends, family weeks, retreats, and seasonal traditions reserved in advance.

PROTECTED DATES

Special-date stays

Holidays and other high-demand dates are protected by additional rules so one share cannot hold multiple premium future stays at once.

FLEXIBLE ACCESS

Short-notice stays

Open dates inside the short-notice window may be released more flexibly, helping the home be enjoyed instead of sitting unused.

Special-date fairness

Premium dates are protected, not hoarded.

Special dates include major holidays, seasonal school-break periods, major Serenbe event weekends, and other high-demand dates designated in the shared calendar. A special-date stay counts toward the owner's annual use; it is not bonus time.

  • Each share is limited to its annual use rights in any rolling 365-day period.
  • During normal advance booking, each share may hold one special-date stay at a time.
  • Unclaimed special dates may open inside the short-notice window, subject to availability and use allowance.
  • A 14-day maximum stay, stay-length rules, and cleaning buffers help keep the calendar usable and the home properly cared for.
  • Dates are first-available to the ownership group; no share receives preferential calendar access.
