Frequently asked questions

A clearer view of shared ownership.

The essentials of ownership, scheduling, care, costs, and the path forward.

What does seasonal ownership mean at Serenbe?

A small group of owners shares a deeded interest in one Serenbe home, its annual costs, and its long-term care. Each owner returns throughout the year according to a fair seasonal schedule.

How many owners share each home?

The initial residence is structured for six owners. Future homes may vary and will clearly state their ownership structure.

What is included in the monthly cost?

The current estimate includes operating expenses, property management, and contributions to a reserve fund. Final costs and terms are provided in approved offering materials.

May an owner resell a share?

The program is designed to include a thoughtful resale path after a minimum holding period, subject to final governing documents and any first-offer rights.

Is rental income part of the model?

No. This is conceived as owner use and shared stewardship, not as a short-term rental or investment-income program.
